Donnie Watson True “Ducky” Six Mile, South Carolina Donnie Watson True "Ducky", 70, loving husband of 22 years to Martha E. True, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 at his home. A native of Wayne County, New York, Donnie was born on June 13, 1951, son of the late Shurley Brenton True and Edna May Bishop True. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, drag racing and wresting. He retired from Reliable Sprinkler Co. in Liberty, SC. Survivors include his wife, Martha of the home; his children, Donnie Gary, Roxanne, Melissa, Billie Jo, and Tina, all of New York, and Robin of Easley, SC; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a special great-granddaughter, Emberly, who made him smile the biggest smile when she would come to visit him; sisters, Susie Smith of New York, Cheryl Grossnickle and Melinda True both of Maryland; and a brother, Hollis True of Ohio. In addition to his parents, Mr. True was predeceased by his siblings, Francis Sebring, Carl True, and Charles True, all of New York; John True of Ohio, and Judy Russell of Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Donnie’s honor may be made to Crescent Hospice of Anderson, 305 W. Beltline Blvd, Anderson, SC 29625.
