Dorothy M. Kelly Liberty Dorothy M. Kelly, 73, daughter of the late Roy Ramey and Lula Bell Barton Ramey, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at her home. Dorothy was of the Church of God of Prophecy Faith. She is survived by her sisters; Lola Rowland and Carolyn McCall, both of Liberty, a sister-in-law; Carolyn Kay Ramey of Liberty, nieces and nephews; Larry Joe Ramey, Mary Ann Fowler (Mark), Joey Leard, Will Rowland, Becky Ramey, Jeffrey Rowland/Burns, Chris Kelley (Amie), Eddie Burns, Terri White (Tony), Christine Hardy (Mike), Daryl Hellums (Taffie). Dorothy is predeceased by her parents, brothers; James Ramey, Floyd Ramey, Michael Ramey, sisters; Patricia Leard, Thelma Burns, nieces; Stephanie Leard, Angela Rowland, Katie Rowland, and Lisa Hellums. A Graveside service will be at 11:00am on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens. Mountain View Funeral Home is serving the Kelly Family.
