Edna L. Julian Seneca, SC Edna L. Julian of Seneca, SC, age 84, passed away at her daughter’s home in Lugoff, SC. Mrs. Julian was born 24 May 1937 in Carnesville, Franklin County, Georgia to Edd and Gladys Lathan. She grew up in Toccoa, GA where she was a 1955 graduate of Stephens County High School. She retired from Janzen, Inc. where she worked on the floor and later as executive secretary. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church for many years. Mrs. Julian is preceded in death by her parents Ed and Gladys Lathan, of Toccoa, her brother Jimmy David Lathan of Stephens County, GA, and her husband R. Pete Julian of Seneca. She is survived by her daughter Vickie N. Smith (Clyde) of Lugoff, SC and grandsons Thomas A. Smith (Christine)of North, SC, Micheal D. Smith of Summerville, SC, and William E. Smith (Erica) of Easley, SC and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Mountain View Funerals and Cremation- Seneca 101 E. North St. Seneca, SC 29678 the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM. Until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Oconee Memorial Park. In Lieu of Flowers memorial may be made to a Dementia, Alzheimer or Dystonia research organization of one’s choice.
