James Richard Swaney Pendleton, SC James Richard Swaney, age 61, of Pendleton SC passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. Born in Anderson SC, He was the loving husband of Cindy Richey, and the son of the late Julius Virgil Swaney and Mary Evelyn Swaney. He was an avid outdoorsman and a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and his greatest joy was his grandkids. Richard is survived by his wife of 40 years as well as his daughter Allison Swaney, grandchildren; Julieana Swaney, McKinsley Swaney, Ariana Swaney, and Aalyiah Revis, and sister Kathy Cothran of Liberty SC. Mr. Swaney is preceded in death by his parents. Services to be held at a later date. Mountain View Funerals& Cremations- Seneca will be serving the family.
