Survived by his sister Kim Vaughn Brockway and her husband Ronnie of Seneca, a nephew Caleb Morgan of Pickens. Richard was predeceased by his parents Richard Birchett Sr. and Emile Vaughan Birchett, and a brother Bruce Birchett. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Traditions Health Hospice.
